"The Helsinki administrative court on Thursday dismissed appeals about the electronic voting trial carried out in three councils last October but pointed to shortcomings in the planning and execution of the voting system in Karkkila, Kauniainen and Vihti.
The court added that while the instructions provided with the voting machines left something to be desired they were not erroneous."
