In its bid to increase voting percentage in Maharashtra, the State Election Commission (EC) is preparing to introduce e-voting.
The existing practice apart, this option will allow citizens to cast their votes through Internet or a cellphone. Currently, Gujarat is the only state in the country which is in the process of implementing e-voting. --->>>
