B.C. to implement new municipal election rules - The Globe and Mail: "The B.C. government says it will implement all 31 recommendations of a task force on municipal election rules, including setting expense limits on campaigns and increasing council terms from three years to four.

Community and Rural Development Minister Ben Stewart says the government will introduce legislation next Spring so the changes can be in place for municipal elections in November of 2011. --->>>
