Epoch Times - Mexican Vote Quiet Against Backdrop of Unprecedented Violence
Mexico’s Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) emerged largely victorious winning 9 out 12 governor seats in regional elections on Sunday, according to Mexican newspaper, El Universel.
However, fear of drug violence kept voter turnout low in some areas across the country according to the Christian Science Monitor.
