Three companies have bought the terms of reference-request for proposal (TOR/RFP) from the Commission on Elections (Comelec), documents from the poll body showed.
These companies are Syrex Corp./Scantron, Avante International Technology Inc. and Smartmatic through local partner Total Information Technology (TIM), according to documents of the Bidding and Awards Committee (BAC) secretariat.
The TOR/RFP is being offered to interested bidders from March 18 to 25.
