INFORMATION and Communications Technology (ICT) professionals have said that electronic voting is possible in Nigeria. They reasoned that if it could be done else where in the world, Nigeria is not an exemption.
The professionals under the aegis of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) rose from the 2009 yearly general meeting with a tacit avowal that if Nigeria must get out of the woods and checkmates the recurrent cycle of electoral frauds, governments at the various levels must imbibe the culture and practice of e-voting.
