'Let them be full participants,' says Liberal leadership candidate

Liberal leadership candidate Mike de Jong wants to see the voting age in B.C. drop from 18 to 16.

Citing poor voter turnout in recent elections, de Jong on Wednesday said it is time to give teens the chance to become more involved in the political process.
