VP candidate advocates online voting for OFWs | Manila Bulletin:
Lakas-Kampi CMD vice presidential candidate Edu Manzano is throwing his support for online voting as an alternative mode of absentee voting by overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
Manzano said the next administration should see to it that OFWs are able to securely cast their ballots on the Internet beginning in the 2013 mid-term elections.
