Romania will attempt to introduce postal voting, to help Romanians abroad express their political option, and will increase the number of programs meant to strengthen the diaspora's attachment to the home country, President Traian Basescu said Thursday in a meeting with ambassadors of EU states, Romanian Mediafax news agency reports. --->>>
