THE TECHNOLOGY provider for the poll automation contract will also produce transparent ballot boxes in a contract that would be signed today.
'We shall sign the contract most probably Monday,' Smartmatic/Total Information Corp. (Smartmatic/TIM) President Cesar Flores said in a chance interview on Friday.
He said the estimated P250-million contract is an 'add-on' to the P7.2-billion poll automation deal signed by the two parties last July.
